Seat pan

Made the shape out of cardboard
Cut the shape out of the sheet.
Measured out roughly where the bends are going
And bam! we got a seat pan.
Made this brake light lic plt mount late last night . Came out pretty clean if I don't say myself.

  1. Killer work man! Out of curiosity, what gauge steel do you generally use for your seat pans? Also, do you do pretending on the radius on the pan and then roll it smooth?

  2. Andrew, it's around 14-16 guage for the pans. Yeah I do a rough bend then shape it smooth all by hand no machine.
