Bat box

This took most of the day tuesday. Came out real slick. It will hold a battery , rectifier and regulator .

Shwood

This was a photo and video shoot for shwood sunglasses .   The day started off smooth with a call time of 12pm  until I tried to fire up the bike. It was a crispy 30 degrees and I haven't started her in a while. cleaned the plugs and I was on my way. Not the best day for riding , there was ice on the ground where the sun didn't hit.

Vintage dirt video

 I shot and edited this video of my friends racing in last weekend's vintage dirt race. These old bikes sure don't look comfortable to ride. Might as well be a hardtail .

23 day's till the show

 Made this little custom brake stop for the sl 125 front wheel

 Cable pulley rear brake is done

 I will be pulling the engine out of this piece and rebuilding it

You can't tell from the photo but it has been real cold in here lately. Need to make quick decisions and keep moving. A high of 38 outside.

Seat pan

 Made the shape out of cardboard

 Cut the shape out of the sheet.

 Measured out roughly where the bends are going

 And bam! we got a seat pan.

Made this brake light lic plt mount late last night . Came out pretty clean if I don't say myself.

Controls and what not

 Got the pegs, brake arm and brake stop on there yesterday. Today working on the brake cable ,seat pan ect.   so much more to do

 Now days my bike just sits around for inspiration collecting dust, I'm going to give her a good cleaning before the summer.

Travis got his seat back from new church moto last night, looking fast. This summer is going to be fun, travis and a hand full of other friends are going to be racing at Portland international raceway.

 I spent half a day fitting this Xl 125 front wheel on the XS 650

 Made some bars yesterday.

This is always a exciting part of the builds, it starts to look like a motorcycle again, it's second life. If only bikes could talk, would they complain about there new look or say thanks for saving me. Either way there getting cut up, haha.

XS hardtail

Tobias brought me this XS 650 for a hardtail last week. It went together pretty smooth and looks killer. This is his winter project cant wait to see it in the summer around town.  Thanks for the business Tobias.

Cb 500 is sold and headed to Texas

The CB sold before X mas . Had to wait for the Holiday's to calm down before it could get shipped. Beau Gonzales from Texas is the new owner of this bike. Thanks for the business Beau! hope you enjoy the bike.

Happy new year!

 We went back to the hangover scramble this year. We went to bed around 2am  kinda drunk and woke up at 6am and was racing at 8am. It was rough, and hour long race. Felt very sick after but it was really fun.

The one motorcycle show is coming soon

 Thor and Greg came over to the shop to film a bit for the one motorcycle show . They brought over some lights and a RED camera which are kind of a big deal. The video came out awesome and now I need to start building something for the show.       THE ONE SHOW VIDEO
