New build

I had a XS650 sitting around so I started chopping it up. It will be another Scwhinn style bike. Trying to mount up a 21" front wheel and cutting tabs off for now till the new tank shows up then its frame building time.

 Got 5 bikes on the flatbed, new record!

 Trav cutting some wood for one of the coldest nights we have experienced in a long time. Woke up in the middle of the night to all these popping sounds, it was all of our water freezing in there containers . Needless to say the next morning getting out of the tent was brutal . And we had very little water to drink. Oh and my battery's in my truck were dead, good times.

KZ sold

The KZ I was working on sold just before thanksgiving to Chris down In long beach Ca so I decided to deliver it and have turkey down south. It took me three days to get down there taking my time un winding after the build. Saw my family ,friends and got a couple days surf in. A short but sweet trip.

Woodland vintage race weekend

 The pits were packed . It was the first race of the season and there were alot of old bikes to look at.

 I had a camera on my helmet which I ended up getting my crash. This guy ran into the back of me and we both went down hard. I broke a peg and had to push it back to the pits, wouldn't start

I kept it pinned and passed a few people and snagged first in my category .

Dan's XS650

Dan brought in his XS for some mods on the rear half of the bike.

 Cut off all the tabs and brackets

 Took a few inches off the rear

 welded the hoop back on

 Seat pan building

 Notching the tank mount for a real clean match between the tank and seat.

 Lic plate and taillight bracket

 Battery box building

 Installing the batt box and igniter unit brackets

 Touch up paint

 Re-wired the whole bike yesterday
