SFRC in the back 40

 The Sang-froid riding club hosted a fun event last sunday. The idea is to see if we could make it from Scappoose to vernonia on dirt. It's all logging roads , some dead end , some go completely the wrong way ect.   No GPS allowed and no cell phones so it was wild out there. We grouped up in teams of three so no one was left for dead out there.

We all made it to vernonia but not without a bunch of good stories . We all had came across gates that we figured ways to get around.

A visit from Alex Turner

 Alex from the Arctic Monkeys came by the shop before there show in portland.

 He took a liking to Kari's bike

 Alex pondering how all these parts make a engine.

Then it was off to the show. They killed it once again. We hit the bars after till way to late, now I have a headache .... uhgg

 Stripped the tank

 Then stripped the engine.

 Started cleaning gaskets off and sent the aluminum out to get cleaned.
