Marshalls build

Marshall gave me a ring the other day , we met up at the shop to see what I could do to his honda cm 400. The bike has potential for a brat /cafe style bike so I changed the frame a bit, lowered it, pulled off fenders guages blinkers and put on a harley headlight. Still not done with the rear but it is off to a great start.

What I did on my day off.

Making headers today

Made a little template of what I want the headers to look like. It's going to be a  tough bend.

Exhaust time..

Seat pan, lic plate , brake light and brakes.

It's been sunny outside I think....

New seat pan for the cb 450, still waiting on the engine though.  The xs 650 is coming along real nice, going to be done with the mock up any day then tear it down for engine work and paint.

New shop! Been moving in the last couple days and finally I can get back to bike work today.

New chop xs 650

Started a new xs 650 ! Been working this thing over the last few days having alot of fun with it . Found another wassel tank and ordered a bunch of cool parts for it . It's going to be similar to my bike . Today i'm  making fork covers , mounting the harley headlight and grinding off the tabs on the forks. It should be up for sale in just a few weeks.
